This Privacy Policy describes how My Week (the “App”) handles information when you use the App.

By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Overview

The App is designed to work without requiring you to create an account.
Information you enter into the App is stored on your device by default.
We do not sell your personal information.
The App may offer subscriptions or other paid features through Apple In-App Purchases. Apple processes payments and billing.

Information the App Processes

a) Information you provide within the App

The App may process information that you voluntarily enter, including:

tasks and to-do items
weekly plans and schedules
notes, comments, and reminders
categories, priorities, dates, and tags
completed task history, routines, and progress-related information
backlog items and unscheduled tasks

By default, this information is stored locally on your device.

b) Subscription and purchase-related information

If the App offers subscriptions or other in-app purchases and you choose to make a purchase:

payment transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store
we do not receive your full payment card details or billing information
the App may check and store subscription status information on your device to determine access to paid features
Apple may generate and maintain transaction records and receipts in accordance with Apple’s own terms and policies

c) Diagnostics and device-related information

Depending on your device settings and Apple services, Apple may make available certain diagnostic information, such as crash reports, to help improve the App’s stability and performance.

How Information Is Used

Information processed by the App is used only for the following purposes:

to provide and operate the App’s features
to save, display, organize, and manage your weekly planning data
to maintain and verify access to premium features, where applicable
to troubleshoot issues, improve stability, and enhance performance

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

The App may interact with Apple services depending on your device configuration and settings, including:

App Store and In-App Purchases
iCloud, if you enable backup or synchronization
Apple diagnostics and crash reporting, if enabled on your device

Any information processed by Apple services is subject to Apple’s own privacy practices and policies.

Data Storage and Retention

Information you enter into the App is stored locally on your device unless you enable iCloud or other Apple backup features.
You may delete your data from within the App at any time, where such functionality is available.
You may remove locally stored App data by uninstalling the App from your device.
If iCloud backup or synchronization is enabled, you may also manage or delete stored data through your Apple ID and iCloud settings.

Security

We take reasonable measures designed to protect information processed by the App. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete it.

Because the App primarily stores information locally on your device, you can generally exercise these rights by accessing, editing, or deleting your information within the App or by removing the App from your device.
