These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Week Planner - To-Do Journal mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- The App
Week Planner - To-Do Journal provides tools for weekly planning, task management, routines, notes, productivity tracking, and related personal organization features.
The App is provided for informational and personal-use purposes only and does not provide legal, financial, medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional advice.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age required in your country to consent to data processing, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Your Content
The App may allow you to enter, create, store, and manage information (“User Content”), such as:
- tasks and task descriptions
- weekly plans and daily schedules
- notes, comments, and titles
- routines, habits, and recurring tasks
- categories, tags, priorities, and dates
- progress, streaks, and completion-related information, if available
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content.
- You retain all rights to your User Content.
- The App is designed to store User Content locally on your device unless you enable iCloud, backup, or sync features made available by Apple or supported by the App.
- Subscription and Payments
The App may offer subscriptions or other paid features.
- Purchases are processed by Apple through In-App Purchases.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Prices may vary by country or region and may change from time to time. Applicable taxes may also apply.
- Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the App for any unlawful purpose
- interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the App
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the App except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law
- Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, software, code, text, graphics, branding, and other content, is owned by the developer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Disclaimers
- The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that it will meet your expectations or requirements.
- The App is intended as a personal productivity and organization tool only.
- You are solely responsible for your use of the App and for backing up your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all express or implied warranties are disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenues, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the developer’s total liability will be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for subscriptions or paid features in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by law.
- Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, to the extent permitted by law, if you materially violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

- Apple Standard EULA
If you use the App on Apple platforms, your use may also be subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), unless a custom end user license agreement is provided through the App Store.
